Cancellation Policy for Nakou’s House

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility. Below are the details of our cancellation policy:


1. Standard Cancellation Policy

Cancellation up to 25 days before check-in: Full refund.

Cancellation 12 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Cancellation less than 4 days before check-in: No refund.


2. No Show

If the guest does not show up for check-in without prior notice, the booking will be considered a "No Show," and no refund will be given.


3. Early Departures

No refunds will be issued for early departures, regardless of the circumstances.


4. Special Circumstances

Medical Emergencies or Other Unexpected Events: We may consider offering a partial refund or re-booking option depending on the situation. Please contact us as soon as possible for further assistance.

Natural Disasters/Force Majeure: If a natural disaster or force majeure event occurs, we will assess the situation and work with you to offer a reasonable solution, including full or partial refunds if necessary.


5. Changes to the Reservation

Requests for changes to the reservation (dates, number of guests, etc.) will be considered based on availability. Any changes made 6 days before check-in may incur a fee or require additional payment, depending on the modification.


6. How to Cancel

To cancel your reservation, please submit a cancellation request through the booking platform (e.g., Airbnb,Expedia,Booking,Agoda) or contact us directly at info@nakoushouse.com. Please ensure you cancel as soon as possible to avoid penalties.


7. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed according to the payment method used at the time of booking and may take [X] business days to appear in your account.
